Marion Biggs-Jackson, SHRM-CP, is a thoughtful HR practitioner with a versatile background and a strong track record of values-driven decision-making. She is skilled in both strengthening existing and building new policies, as well as creating new procedures that support organizational success. She has developed a mastery of mediating hard conversations with softness, and managing conflict in a transformative way. 

Marion is led by deeply rooted values that inform her commitment to creating an environment of belonging for all identities. She has a reputation for quickly building strong and trusting relationships that support a sense of safety; all necessary factors for healthy conflict and productive disagreements. Her experience with nonprofits illuminated a pattern of organizations that had a need for HR, but were not able to dedicate general operating funds to a full time position.
